Course Description

Master the art of cooking every part of the chicken with our comprehensive class. Learn to break down a whole bird and ensure each piece is cooked to perfection, from chicken breasts with classic pan gravy to roasted thighs. You will learn how to use dry rubs, marinades, and learn which of these applications works best on the different pieces of chicken. We will also show a few choice sides to accompany your delicious chicken dishes. Join us for a culinary deep dive into chicken cookery. Aprons provided, students will sample everything they make.
