Course Description

Master the art of pasta from scratch in this 2-part,  hands-on class focused on crafting handmade pasta and essential sauces. In part 1, participants will make a variety of pasta shapes and classic sauces like Marinara, Alfredo, and Palomino. In part 2, you will be learning how to stuff and shape filled pastas such as ravioli, tortellini, and cannelloni. You'll pair each creation with complementary homemade sauces and gain insights into perfect flavor pairings. Perfect for home cooks seeking authentic Italian flavor. Apron provided; all dishes will be enjoyed in class.

Learner Outcomes

At the end of this course, students will be able to:

  • Prepare handmade stuffed pastas from scratch-ravioli, tortellini and cannelloni.
  • Prepare homemade sauces Marinara, Alfredo and Palomino.
