Course Description

Celebrate the flavors of Mexico in this dynamic culinary and mixology experience. Learn to prepare authentic street tacos and discover the distinctions between tequila's three main styles-Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo. Students will mix traditional cocktails like margaritas, palomas, and tequila old fashioneds while enjoying savory taco pairings. Aprons provided; all items available for tasting.
