Course Description

In this hands on child class, our young culinarians will prepare the ultimate taco party spread. Learn to make classic proteins, flavorful sides like cilantro lime rice, and all the fresh fixings - pico de gallo, taco slaw, guacamole, pickled onions, and grilled elotes (Mexican street corn). You'll also practice setting up a buffet line and wrap up the class with a taco party of your own. Aprons provided; students will taste everything they make.

Learner Outcomes

At the end of this course, students will be able to:

  • Prepare classic taco proteins
  • Prepare taco sides-cilantro lime rice
