Course Description

Nothing beats the perfectly al dente texture of handmade pasta. Join us in learning how to make fresh handmade pasta, as well as a variety of simple sauces. You will work in small groups to create from scratch the following menu: fresh, handmade pasta dough in a variety of pasta shapes, from scratch sauces such as; Marinara, Alfredo, and Palomino Sauces. An apron and container provided.
